Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. These promotion terms and conditions constitute an appendix to the Terms and Conditions of the online store Shopinbit.com. Terms written with a capital letter shall be understood in accordance with the definitions provided in the Online Store Terms and Conditions.
2. The organizer of the promotional campaign, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion,” is Shopinbit EU Sp. z o.o.
3. The Promotion is addressed to Customers.
4. As part of the promotional campaign, the Organizer provides Customers with a discount code in the form of an alphanumeric code (hereinafter referred to as the “Discount Code”), which entitles the Customer to receive a one-time monetary discount when making a purchase in the Organizer’s online store.
5. Each Discount Code may only be used once by a Customer.
6. The Discount Code may be used by the Customer solely for the purchase of the following premium goods and services:
   1. Concierge services: https://shopinbit.com/Premium-Services/Concierge-Service/
   2. Travel planning: https://shopinbit.com/Premium-Services/Travel-Agency/
   3. Car Purchase Services: https://shopinbit.com/Premium-Services/Cars/
7. The validity period of the Discount Code is from 26.09.2025 to 31.12.2025.
8. To use the Discount Code, the Customer enters the text of the Discount Code in the “discount code” field before making the payment. After the payment is completed, the code cannot be applied to that transaction.
9. The Discount Code may be used for purchases made by the Participant via a web browser and the mobile app.
10. Discount Codes cannot be combined.
11. The monetary discount related to the Discount Code cannot be exchanged for goods or cash. The discount cannot be used to purchase goods offered on the Platform’s ecommerce section.
12. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by Participants via email to: info@shopinbit.com or in writing to the registered office address of Shopinbit. The Organizer will review complaints without undue delay, no later than within 14 days. Lack of response within 14 days means that the Customer’s claim has been accepted.
13. For matters not regulated in these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the online store www.shopinbit.com and the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
14. Shopinbit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons [such as, among others, changes in legal regulations, changes in the Seller’s business model, changes in the technical specifications of the Service, changes in the terms of services provided to Shopinbit by third parties that are necessary for the provision of services by Shopinbit, changes in the range of services offered]. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions do not adversely affect the rights already acquired by the Customer.
