MULTIMEDIA MODE
In multimedia mode, the Satechi R2 remote lets you control movies, music, podcasts and more. Control the volume, pause, rewind, turn off the sound, go to the home screen, activate Siri or use the virtual keyboard. Please note: macOS is not compatible with Siri.
PRESENTATION MODE
Switch to presentation mode to comfortably operate on-screen programmes and give presentations. There are four arrow buttons, a Home button (back to the home screen), right and left mouse buttons and a button to turn the mouse on and off. The on-screen laser pointer can be enabled in the PowerPoint / Keynote settings.
BLUETOOTH 5.0 TECHNOLOGY
The Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connection allows you to control programmes and media from up to 10 metres away. So you don't have to stand at your laptop while presenting, or get up to change a song on Spotify while relaxing on the sofa.
CHARGING VIA USB-C
The remote control has a long-lasting battery that lasts up to six months if used for an hour a day. To charge it, simply plug the remote into the USB-C port using the included USB-C cable.

In presentation mode, the remote supports: PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF, Google Slides and Prezi. In multimedia mode, the remote supports: Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora, YouTube* and most media playback applications. *The remote does not support the scrolling function in the YouTube app. You will need to open YouTube in your browser to use this function.
