Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions of the promotion constitute an appendix to the Terms and Conditions of the online store and the ShopinBit.com application. Capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions of the online store.
2. The organizer of the promotional campaign, hereinafter referred to as the Promotion, is ShopinBit EU Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in the European Union, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. Duration of the Promotion

1. The Promotion begins on 14 January 2026 and ends on 21 January 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
2. The winner will be announced on 22 January 2026 via the Organizer’s official X (Twitter) account.

3. Eligibility

1. Participation in the Promotion is open to natural persons who:
   1. Are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation;
   2. Have an active X (Twitter) account;
   3. Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Employees of the Organizer and entities directly involved in the preparation or execution of the Promotion are excluded from participation.

4. Rules of Participation

1. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge and voluntary.
2. To participate, a participant must, during the Promotion period:
   1. Follow the official ShopinBit account @ShopinBit on X;
   2. Like the official Promotion post published by the Organizer;
   3. Reply to or quote repost the Promotion post with the entry “Monero in one word or emoji.”
3. Each eligible X account may submit multiple entries; however, each entry must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Entries that are unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringe the rights of third parties may be excluded at the Organizer’s discretion.

5. Prize

1. One (1) winner will receive the following prize:
   1. Two (2) tickets to the Monerotopia event taking place on 12 February 2026 in Mexico;
   2. Hotel accommodation for two (2) people near the event venue, for dates from 12 February to 16 February 2026.
2. Flights, travel documents, visas, insurance, and any other costs not expressly listed above are not included in the prize and must be arranged by the winner at their own expense.
3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

1. The winner will be selected by the Organizer based on the originality, creativity, and relevance of the submitted entry.
2. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
3. The winner will be announced publicly via the Organizer’s X account and invited to contact the Organizer via direct message solely for the purpose of prize coordination.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

1. The Organizer does not collect personal data as part of participation in the Promotion.
2. Personal data may be requested from the winner only to the extent strictly necessary to arrange the prize (e.g. hotel booking).
3. Any personal data provided by the winner will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

1. The Organizer shall not be liable for:
   1. Inability to participate due to technical issues with X or third-party platforms;
   2. Event cancellation, changes, or force majeure circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control;
   3. Failure of the winner to arrange travel or meet entry requirements for the event location.
2. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (Twitter).

9. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion for justified reasons, provided that such changes do not adversely affect acquired participant rights.
2. Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by applicable law and the Terms and Conditions of the ShopinBit online store.
3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
