The peanuts are roasted at 250°C for 12 minutes before they are cooled and mixed with the dough. In addition, before roasting, the peanuts are coated with an oil-deep-salt mixture to create a delicious contrast to the mild taste. The typical bar shape can easily be divided into small, equally sized slices, which are perfect for brunching or for the small appetite in between.
